Consent Policy
Consent-first communication standards.
Last updated: February 7, 2026
How consent is captured
- Users must explicitly opt in to SMS or marketing communication.
- Forms include transparent language about message type and frequency.
- Consent events are recorded with source and timestamp when available.
Opt-out and preference control
- SMS recipients can opt out at any time using standard stop commands.
- Email recipients can unsubscribe from non-essential messages anytime.
- Operational notices may still be sent when required to deliver active service.
Compliance baseline
We design messaging workflows to support TCPA, carrier requirements, and applicable privacy standards. Clients remain responsible for lawful campaign content and list acquisition practices.
