Service scope

VerticalFront provides architecture advisory, system delivery, and implementation support. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities are defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining required access and permissions, and using delivered systems in compliance with applicable laws and agreements.

Fees and billing

Fees, payment schedules, and any recurring services are set out in the signed agreement for the engagement.

Warranties and liability

Services are provided professionally and in good faith. Except where prohibited by law, liability is limited as stated in the governing service agreement.
