Customer responsibilities

Fees and billing

Fees are defined per package or service agreement. One-time implementation fees and recurring optimization retainers are billed as stated in your signed scope.

Warranties and liability

Services are provided professionally and in good faith. Except where required by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for services during the applicable period.
